Christina Kim playing with Choi found herself five behind her playing partner when she double bogeyed the tenth, but birdied four of the last holes to join the playoff group.

The playoff took place on holes 17 and 18, both par fives.

All four golfers missed their birdie putts on the 18th taking the payoff to the next hole, the 17th, where Song-Hee Kim lost her chance after she flew her third shot over the green and both Christina Kim and In-Kyung Kim missed their birdie putts, leaving Choi to tap hers in and win the golf tournament.
