Return Policy

Merchandise purchased at GolfOutletsUSA.com may be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging. Return the goods with a note that includes your request, order number, full name, email and we'll contact you when it arrives to arrange credit. The customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return equipment to us. There will also be a re-stock fee equal to 20% of the purchase price of any returned item.

We will attempt to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 7 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the USA . If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order. We will replace/repair faulty goods free of charge within one year of purchase under manufacturer warranty. Just email a picture of the problem and your order number to our warranty department at service@golfoutletsusa.com and we'll take it from there.

If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back within 7 days of your receiving the order, but we will charge postage costs.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER.

Call us at 1.800.603.0004 or email us at service@golfoutletsusa.com to receive your RMA number. Once you have received an email with your RMA number and return form, fill out the form and send it back inside the box with your item, also write your RMA number on the outside of the box that you return.  Any package sent to us without a visible RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you.

Note: Party tents, ez pop up gazebos, ellipticals, exercise bikes, spas & electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled without reason 7 days after being in receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, GolfOutletsUSA.com. has the right to assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund.

What information do we collect?
When you order we need to know your name, shipping address, e-mail address, credit card or debit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order. When you sign up to our mailing list we only need to know your e-mail address and you will be sent details of new products and special offers in the store.

How do we protect your information?
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.

Do we use cookies?
Yes we use cookies to enable a better shopping experience. Cookies are small pieces of information stored locally on your computer by your browser. We use cookies to enable you to hold the content of you shopping basket between visits, we do not store any personally identifying information in these cookies.

Will we sell your information?
Golfoutletsusa.com does not sell any information about their customers, it's as simple as that. We will not forward your details on to any third party at any time.

Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods.
